Turmeric eggs

Preparation Method

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and saute onions and garlic for about 5 mins
  2. Add eggs, cheese, herbs, peppers, basil, thyme, oregano and turmeric
  3. Cook for 10mins, stirring continuously

    Ingredients

    • 4 eggs
    • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 3 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
    • 2 tbsp turmeric paste
    • 1 red onion, chopped
    • 1 large pepper, chopped (remove yellow)
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 6 large basil leaves, finely chopped
    • 1 tsp thyme
    • 1 tsp oregano
